Crud! Just remembered i haven't done this part of the program every day (blog). Here is day 4 and so far so good. Confession: i have not stuck 100% to the workouts. On day 2 it was almost perfect (I need to get on ICP) but I had completed Meltdown, PowerCircuit, and I had my Karate class. He just about killed us in class ! and my knee ended up hurting pretty bad. I tried to do Meltdown on day3 but it was sharp stabbing pain in my knee to do the lunges, so I only made it thru one circuit
The meals have been going great. I ate some hard candy on day 2 and our assistant gave me some peanut brittle (wow) this is the true confessions post. OK it's pretty darn clear that I have been weasling my way out of things. I need to shore this program up for myself. Nobody is going to do it for me. Time to get CRACKIN'
I feel strong today and will attempt Meltdown today at lunch time. Hope it goes well today!!!!
